NW Quik Pull At The ARA Show 2021

Last week NW Quik Pull spent some time in Las Vegas at the American Rental Association Show!  As a new exhibitor to the ARA Show 2021, we had no idea what to expect, but we were certainly pleasantly surprised!

We arrived on Saturday and got our booth set up and began to meet people. Our hotel was right across the street from the Las Vegas Convention Center which was convenient for our daily attendance.

On Sunday we attended a handful of education sessions which included topics like “How to Stay Out of the Email Cemetery”, “Digital Marketing and Your Online Presence”, “Conversation Analytics and Phone Sales”. My favorite was “G.R.I.P.E- The 5 Reasons People Complain and How to Get Them to Stop!” All of these sessions had to do with improving communication in some way. The Gripe session was helpful in dealing with the negative customer.

We Finally Get To Introduce The NW Quik Pull To The ARA Members

The show opened for attendees on Monday. We offered a contest to win a free Quik Pull which drew people to our booth. People were quite fascinated with our innovative tool which is lightweight, manual, easy to use, and a fair price!

We talked with many major rental companies, Lowes, and United Rentals to name just a couple! And we also made a few sales. It was a very exciting day!

 

That evening there was a reception which allowed us to meet different leaders in the ARA. The ARA has different regions made up of a group of states in each region. Since we are new to the ARA, it was good to meet people from different regions and share about our innovative tool.

 

Tuesday was the second day of the show which seemed to be a little less attended! We still had plenty of interest in our contest which gave us good leads for the future. That day ended with an Octoberfest celebration hosted by the ARA. There were food trucks, drinks, popcorn, and cotton candy! This was another social gathering which allowed for more talk of our tool.

 

Overall our experience at the ARA Show was very positive! We were told that attendance was down from other shows in the past. As a first time exhibitor though, we were quite happy with the outcome!
