Exchange Policy: Exchange due to manufacturer defect only.
Please note that any product you return must be in new condition and in its original packaging.
Shipping & Delivery Policy: Product will be shipped when payment is received. Standard shipping rates apply, most standard ground orders placed by 2pm PST ship same day. We ship Monday – Friday only. Orders placed over the weekend of holiday will not be processed until the next business day. Transit times on items shipping directly from the manufacturer will vary. Shipping: Free shipping to the continental US, shipping outside the US will be added in addition to the purchase price of the product.

When can I return a product purchased from NW QUIK PULL?
You can return product within 30 days of first receiving your order. If you receive a product that is defective, or perhaps damaged due to shipping, please contact our Customer Service Team at 360-907-3123 for assistance. We’ll be more than happy to help you.

How do I go about returning a product?
Contact NW QUIK PULL Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your order by calling 503-750-1451 or emailing nwquikpullsales@gmail.com. You can ship the item(s) via the carrier of your choice. Once we receive the item(s) back and they are inspected, a credit will be issued to you.
