ARA Show 2023

Here we Grow Again!

NW Quik Pull recently exhibited at the 2023 American Rental Association(ARA) show in Orlando Florida. This was our very first East Coast show, and I have to say one of our Best shows to date.

The ARA Show 2023™ gave both attendees and exhibitors a chance to connect for the first time since the previous show in October 2021, which was held in Las Vegas Nevada. More than 700 exhibitors gave attendees an opportunity to see and buy products and place orders. Attendees also came together for a number of educational and social events throughout the week. We saw many customers who we had met in 2021, such as Aba Daba Rents in California, Reid Rentals, and Don’s Rental, both in Oregon, WBC Rentals in Oklahoma, and Ideal Rent-All in Washington, just to name a few.

ARA Show, Swimming With The Sharks!

The Keynote Session started off the show for us as Daymond John, CEO and founder of FUBU, a global lifestyle brand and star of ABC’s “Shark Tank”, spoke of overcoming adversity and finding your path despite obstacles. “I’m not going to tell you anything new,” John said. “I’m going to remind you of what got you here. Because every single person in this room, you have things money can’t buy. You have experience, you have discipline, you have manufacturing, you have pipelines, you have things that people can’t buy. The part you may be missing is the easiest thing; it’s taking the things that got you here and applying them into the new way of today. There’s nothing wrong with that and you’re going to be absolutely unstoppable.”

He went on to break this all down into an acronym of SHARK.

• Set your own goals before others set them for you.
• Homework- do your homework, and take your own inventory. Only you know your assets and liabilities.
• Amor- Love what you do! Have passion about it!
• Remember- You are the Brand!
• Keep Swimming!

Because we had recently applied to Shark Tank, we felt it was very fitting that a Shark was the Keynote speaker to start the show off! And we really liked his message!

During the 3 days of the show, we talked with many people. We typically like to ask people if they have seen out tool before. Many people told us that they had seen us on Instagram, or Facebook. That information is so helpful to us because it lets us know that our activity on Social Media is working! There were also lots of people who had not seen our tool before, but were immediately intrigued by it, and also by our story behind it.

The  ARA Show Is A Great Fit For NW Quik Pull

The ARA is a great show for us because NW Quik Pull makes a great Rental Tool. The homeowner doesn’t necessarily need to own one, but they could have multiple reasons to have a need to use one. Whether it is a Do-it-yourself fence repair project, or a landscaping project, many homeowners want to take care of projects themselves at a lower cost. We talked with many rental stores about the importance of them understanding the versatility of our tool because it is a solution to so many problems. And because we want them to be successful in renting our tool, we provide them with posters, videos, and marketing material in order to support that.

Our list of Rental Partners has grown because we exhibited at the ARA show.
