I told Zack that my husband and I would like to meet him on one of his job sites so that we could demonstrate the tool for him. He told me he would get back to me when he had a job lined up in which we could do that. Zack contacted me later that day and gave me an address and asked us to meet him the very next day.  Early the next morning, we met with Zack and his partner Vincent on their jobsite. The home owner came outside to watch our demonstration as well. There was one corner post which my husband removed first giving instruction on how to use the tool. The second post they needed removed was a wooden post which was completely broken off at the concrete. My husband went to his tool box and brought back a 2 ft lag bolt and an impact wrench. He installed the lag bolt into the rotten fence post down inside the concrete and attached the chain of the NW Quik Pull to the top of the lag bolt. He then let Vincent do the honors of pulling the broken post and concrete. As Vincent finished pulling the concrete out of the ground he said, “Where’s my wallet?” To which I said, “How many do you need?” They bought 2 that day! The homeowner was very impressed with our tool also.
